Pros

You're in control of your own success

Cons

Supervisors micromanage you. You get new supervisors constantly. You could have a supervisor that lives across the country. No work life balance. They make you work an additional day off every other month (called a blitz) You have to work 2 holidays now (used to be 1) They made attendance way more strict. Bonuses are smaller than they used to be. Calls are now constantly back to back from 5am to close. Supervisors sit around while agents slave on the phones with more calls than we can possibly handle. They lessened our PTO.

Pros

They truly care about their employees! If you're not happy, they will drop everything to try and help. Amazing company to work for.

Cons

The actual work can be mentally exhausting - You're talking to angry, sad, and frustrated customers all day.
