      Definitely not such a great place to work (Bangalore office)

      Shift allowance is good If you fall under the right managers you will enjoy working

      Cons

      I was part of the Bangalore collections team There’s a lot of micro management from the manager and supervisor Pay is definitely not upto the standards and appraisals are not transparent The manager lacks people management skills There’s no much room for growth
