Pros

401 K match Set your own hours

Cons

I have been with this company for several years and ever since this new CEO took over this company is poorly ran. I honestly think we are losing money right and left with the new systems they bought our incentives are way below with they used to be five years ago.

Pros

Base pay is comparable to market value

Cons

Organization feels chaotic but appears it is due to change in leadership that is trying to shift to a more modern approach.

Pros

Decent benefits (only for those who have kids or baby boomers though, zero support for new grads or student loans). FTO, that you will never get to use because you’re so overworked. Decent SLT support but directors are overworked due to inefficient structure of depts. Decent corporate culture outside of analytics/DS teams.

Cons

It’s bizarre, most of the other technical people I talk to mention how underpaid they are and then ask where I’m interviewing like most of their peers are already interviewing too. Like across multiple depts I’ve ran into this. Lots of confusing restructuring. Our entire department got moved recently but it took them a month to put a meeting together to tell us about it, only to not tell us at the meeting. I still have no idea who I’m supposed to be working with external to my team. Layoffs potentially in horizon and no indication of growth or innovation to make up the difference. It used to be a decent place to work in Columbus but I just can’t rationalize working here anymore. It’s sad because I used to have a lot of loyalty to this company.
