Great people but overworked

Pros

Bread is a good company that cares about your development. Coworkers are great and management is great. Pay is decent for the position.

Cons

Supervisors are overworked and have no work life balance. They offer unlimited PTO but the workload is unrealistic.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, not much else.

Cons

No clue at all what they were doing. They changed the name of the company 3 times while I was there. No guidance, moved between managers

Discombobulated -- nice vocabulary word... but disappointing that this is how you feel. We've only be Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) for 25+ years... then rebranded in April 2022 to become Bread Financial (NYSE: BFH). We're sorry to hear you didn't have an enjoyable experience working here, but it is promising that you felt like you were well-compensated and enjoyed great benefits. Wishing you the best of luck!!
