We're always looking for smart, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and improve. Those who are successful tend to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We are about to begin our mid-year review process and we do a formal end of year performance review, but timely, constructive feedback should happen regularly and as needed during one-on-one meetings with your leader.
