3yThanks for sharing -- Love a bulleted list of Pros and Cons. :) Yes, we offer an excellent benefits package with lots of options that allow the associate to select the coverage and service that meets their needs and the needs of their family. In some roles, the work schedule can be more rigid than others, however, in recent years we've opened this up quite a bit to make it easier to take time off and allow the associate to manage their own time off needs.
