We can't tell if you're a current or former associate, but we DO appreciate you sharing that you loved the compensation, the generous PTO, and the benefits package we offer. We all wish healthcare was generally less expensive! We try to absorb as much of the cost of the insurance policy (nearly 80%) as possible and include a lot of related benefits to help offset your costs.

I had a good time at Bread Financial. I learned from some of the best and walked a way with a hefty resume full of experiences and new skillsets.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who isn’t a naturally hard worker.
