      Huge emphasis on culture

      Pros

      Management puts a huge emphasis on culture and on employee well-being. It’s not the kind of company where they just burn and churn through employees and try to get as much out of them as possible. Having worked there for almost half a decade I feel fairly confident in saying that not only myself, but everyone I worked with felt appreciated and valued every single day. Maybe not all day, every day. But without a doubt, every single day.

      Cons

      Things move at a lightning pace and you need to be able to keep up. Once my wife had a kid I knew I was going to need a slower pace to be the partner to her that I wanted to be, and that’s the only reason I left.

      Really nice campus. Facilities are well maintained with nice, open layouts. Very beautiful, and motivating place to work.

      Cons

      Not all of my coworkers were as capable as I felt they should be.

      Thanks!! Although many of our US associates work remotely, our campus is really beautiful -- great alternative working spaces and seating options that allow you to find the right workspace for your day. We also have a refreshing cafeteria, complimentary coffee, water, snacks, outdoor relaxation spaces, a game room, and a state-of-the-art gym! Everyone unwinds and works differently so we offer a lot of options to make work "work".

      Dealing with rude customers can be the worst part of my day
