      Pros

      Bread Financial is a truly fabulous company and one of the most employee-friendly organizations to work for. You will rarely find such a supportive and inclusive workplace anywhere else. I had the privilege of working here for 4 years, and it was an amazing journey. The company provides excellent work-life balance and abundant learning opportunities, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. I genuinely miss being part of this wonderful team, and if I ever get a chance, I would be more than happy to rejoin.

      Good company to learn and develop skills. I would highly recomment this company for those who are looking to lean and develop their skills.

      Cons

      Promotion is way too difficult. No work life balance due to high volume and less employees in department. Each and everyday should sit for long hours and complete the work.
