Pros

Initially was a great place to sork

Cons

IT management has gone thru a process to create scape goats for his mismanagement and ego. There is a yearly layoff cycle that has added to a very political climate. Budgets and timelines are created for projects to get approved then needed resources were withheld. Very bad relationship exists between IT Mgmt and other Corp departments. IT Mgmt does not communicate well to staff and current morale is very low.

Pros

Money! You get monthly bonuses. The culture of the company is amazing! Literally everyone there is friendly and willing to help.

Cons

You start off second shift, which was the only con for me. But it works for some people. I'm just a first shift person. Other than that it's really one of the best jobs I ever had.
