      Bad middle and senior management

      Pros

      Pay is decent and they do have prescribed career paths. Plus there are a lot of decent people working there.

      Cons

      Decent pay, but forget about communication from middle and upper management. They will not talk to you but will willing take credit for all your work.

      a good company to work; comm from management is smooth; open environment; good at balancing life and work; most people are friendly and nice

      some departments have low efficient; management is very casual - good to people but sometime not good for work; comm between depts not very good sometimes

      Pros

      Work/life balance is generally respected here. Management doesn't frown on PTO or sick time. I've never seen a PTO request denied as long as I have been employed here. Management is very receptive to new ideas and unique insight. They value each associate's strengths and encourage creative thinking during problem solving activities. This is a very "nice" culture. People are typically friendly. Senior management makes an effort to know the names and faces of their worker bees.

      Cons

      It seems very political in the office these days. Not sure if this is in response to the terrible economic climate we are facing or just the result of the new leadership appointments. Also, the saying, "Perception is Reality" is unfortunately very true here.
