Pros

Good benefits, company is on the rise, great incentives, you can grow ONLY if you have great attendance and everybody in upper management already knows you.

Cons

Supervisors are never on the phones, they don't have a great work/life balance and overall a lot of people just passing the buck, PTO is given per six months and if you're sick, that takes away from the time off for vacation which really should be changed, always changing policies.

Pros

A former supervisor Dave Dowling -The best supervisor I ever worked with. He is a man of integrity and stands behind his employees.

Cons

They fire you if you worked there too long. They fire you If you are unable to sale enough lousy products to customers when they call in concerning their credit card accounts. Training is poor and supervisors are poor.

Pros

Decent pay but the workload outpaces it very quickly. Nice offices… if they actually had other people in them. It’s a ghost town most days.

Cons

Recently we went through a complex system change that upper leadership seemed blind to until the last minute. It was far too late and now I’ve been working almost 10-12 hour days all summer while seeing tons of accountholder complaints all over social media. It’s incredibly demoralizing. The end isn’t even close to being in sight with major system components having been down since June. We prepared for this for almost eight months but we still don’t have any of the talent or even people to work on it. Even outside of this change, the body of the work falls on one or two people in a team (who didn’t lie on their resume about technical skills). Management believes in hiring those with soft skills and training but if your top performers are constantly babysitting and training those associates… on top of their elevated workload… with no recognition… they are not going to stay around long. Avoid this company at all costs if you have any technical ability. Executive leadership is out of touch and day to day leadership is even further behind
