      Overflow of calls from Customer Care can be tedious, but also repetitive conflict that can easily be resolved.

      Epsilon provides employees the opportunity to work on various accounts and platforms. The company is an avid supporter of numerous non profit organizations which is commendable.

      Cons

      Epsilon is an evolving company so there's not much negative to say, The work environment is a bit noisy with low wall cubicles but that can be cured with a headset.
