      Flat org structure, no much politics, diverse yet stable work force, growth oriented

      Democratic and attention to employee feedback. Leadership show respect to employees. Exposure to multiple different areas. Easy access to senior leadership team.

      Cons

      Less holidays days than avg (no holiday for Black Friday, New Year Eve). Average vacation time compared to peers. Not sufficient HR/org mechanism to encourage job rotation.

      Not a lot of overtime, good balance between work and family/personal life. Growth company that performed fairly well during the recession and is poised to expand into the next decade.

      Below average to average compensation for non-manager associates.
