Love being able to schedule my own weekly hours. The work-life balance is perfect, and the company culture is very welcoming.

Cons

You do need to keep a close eye on policy adherence, but it’s nothing out of the ordinary.

I started with great pay and there's ample opportunity to move up. It really feels like I can make a career here—it’s the best call center in Ohio for a reason.

Cons

The only minor drawback is the cost of their insurance, but it’s manageable given the salary.
