Pros
Yes you do come in and get your booty kicked. Just like very brunch place ever. Within the house it truly is a great time. I got my coffee art DOWN in such a high pace environment. The food is fresh and great. I learned every way to prepare an egg.
Cons
Seasoned servers beware. Tip pool is no longer a thing, for better or worse. Lots of fighting over larger parties. No support from up top. The HR crew (led by the owner’s wife) will shoot down any and most criticisms. I’ve addressed issues in the past and have witnessed ZERO resolution. Past coworkers will attest. If you’re in a pinch it’s a good halfway place between jobs but I can’t steer seasoned servers away from this place enough. Also a very anti lgbtq+ company. Happy I left :)
