Pros

Coworkers can be great. This does not speak to company culture

Cons

- HR department actively covers up violence against both staff and clients - VIOLENCE is extremely common and also extremely preventable- the company takes shortcuts and retaliates against staff - RACISM!!!!!!!!!! More examples than I can easily list - You will be expected to work more hours than you sign up for - Low pay - The company cares more about complicity than good work

Pros

Potential to learn on the job. Not too bad of benefits.

Cons

Salary isn't negotiable. Managers blocking growth within the company. It's more like you got to Kiss @ in order to become someone's favorite lap dog to move up anywhere. Managers are terrible, and don't really know their job or willing to learn. They come down on their staff and work them like dogs in order to look good in front of Upper management. Compensation or any type of hazard pay non-existent. Haven't seen a proper raise during the time I was there

Pros

Direct staff is unionized which is great for them

Cons

Management is not unionized which they should be. There is a lot of covert racism
