Breaking ground is a great company that is doing a good job in placing former homeless veterans and regular civilians in permanent affordable housing this company is doing there part in trying to better people lives and they're well being as well

Cons

The salaries can be a little better but it's a non profit so take it for what it is

No room for growth within the said program or agency also staff who've been working over 2 yrs making almost the same salary as new employees

Great company that truly cares about the impact that they have. The difference you are making in the lives of your clients is not always felt on a day to day basis, but you are really helping to humanize people who are often treated like trash.

Cons

The starting pay seems to be good for the industry, but it is still low for degree holder. The job and clients are difficult.
