Excellent coworkers, everyone is generally really good people. Great place to get your feet wet in social work.

Cons

Can feel exploitive given the salary discrepancies from entry level to CEO. Executives not sincerely focused on social work, more on managing properties.

Good job for the young. Good job for people who are looking to begin or extend their career. (Degrees or looking to obtain one)

Cons

Pay ain’t good for people with bills and a family. Raises don’t amount to anything. There are quite a few people in positions of supervision are not good at leading.
