Pros

The people (staff) are phenomenal. Very smart, dedicated and committed. The line staff and first tier of management work incredibly hard, but are not given the tools, resources nor leadership to be successful!

Cons

Management. The Senior level management is unprepared and incompetent. This is highlighted by very high turnover, poor performance, nepotism and complete lack of diversity at the leadership level.

Pros

Working with the tenants is great. Overall really nice facilities and compelling mission. Some of the people Rosanne hired are around and great.

Cons

Zero training. Zero professional development. Grossly understaffed and very high expectations (which is great but also unrealistic). Extremely top down. Won't consider anything without running everything by every possible exec. No room for creativity.
