Pros

My internship at this company led to full time employment. This is a great company to work for with room for advancement. However, co workers are not very helpful to newcomers. Working environment is great.

Cons

I feel management have too many rules that are not followed but can be used to terminate your employment. There is too much socializing among employees. Management turns a blind eye to the office romances, which in turn can create distrust and impartial treatment among employees. The drinking after work and being non productive the next day is a routine.
