      Great Benefits, Poor Management

      Pros

      Excellent benefits such as medical, etc. Bonuses were nice until they went away.

      Cons

      No explanation for the bonuses disappearing. Management all bailed before they started laying off the staff leaving someone in charge of the department who had no idea what they were doing.

      Used to feel like family. If you’re a part of the good ole boys club, then it’s easy to climb the ladder. Cool perks at times

      Cons

      Gaining suppliers but laying off half the team. More work, less pay. Not nearly what it used to be.

      - Very poor communication across departments - Low pay - Unwilling to make needed system ,performance and metric adjustments - Dishonest communication amongst the powers that be - Adding additional work load with no additional pay - Stopped incentives and bonuses
