      - Very poor communication across departments - Low pay - Unwilling to make needed system ,performance and metric adjustments - Dishonest communication amongst the powers that be - Adding additional work load with no additional pay - Stopped incentives and bonuses

      Cons

      No communication. Leadership only cares about leadership, not the people actually putting in the work everyday. Don't waste your time working for this company. You will put in the work and time and it will go unnoticed. You're just a number to them. You work Holidays, some weekends as needed and no perks that the rest of the company gets.
