Compensation was low to start and increases were minimal. Too many nights where I had to come back to the facility. No perks except occasional leftover lunch food from catering to the Sales employees. This was earlier than 2022 but the field would not go further back in time. Management/HR did not want to raise the salary to the standard for the area so I left and procured a position that had less hours and 30K plus in salary, which is where a System Analyst should have been at that time. I am blessed to have made that decision.

Poor leadership, constant changing of goal models to ensure employees can’t hit bonus, zero job security , no path for growth. All about the bottom dollar and they do not have employees or clients best interest at heart. All they want is to add more suppliers and contracts
