      Pros

      A lot of fun parties and trips. Incentive pay was great

      Cons

      Do not expect it to be a 9-5 job. Management always have favorites and it's very well stated. If you are not a favorite no matter how hard you work you will not move up. They will find reasons to get rid of you. You do not get help unless you desperately beg for it.

      Pros

      You can make your own schedule and get to eat and drink at all the best places in Miami regularly

      Cons

      There is a glass ceiling placed on you for promotion if you do not have an in with one of the several largest suppliers we distribute for. Also too many middle managers that do not do very much to live the business forward.

      Benefits, on site cafeteria, cheap wine and liquor for employees

      Cons

      You will not get far unless you know the right people , office personnel has no perks comparing to the sales force, owners family move into any positions they want at any time and though the different Wirtz businesses , unfair raises
