      Pros

      Close knit team, generally welcoming culture. Learned a lot about wine/spirits/beer as someone who didn't know much before. Free bottles were great for gifts. Working brand launches were fun if you don't mind traveling for work.

      Cons

      Everyone below management levels get paid pennies for the crazy work they're doing to keep operations running. No upward mobility in our dept. because the team was so small.
