      Pros

      People are great and there are many perks to the job like trips, incentives, etc.

      Cons

      Warehouse system is dysfunctional leading to disappointed customers, lack of consistency with upper management asks, workload is way too much for one person to manage

      Honestly only worth it if you plan to get into sales, or if you're deciding between this and Walmart

      Pros

      Solid management at the merchandiser level, helps put you in a position to succeed. (in KC, at least) Decent insurance, but a bit expensive for what it is.

      Cons

      Can be tough getting hours; 45-50 hrs/wk around holiday season, then struggling to get 40 at various times throughout the year. If you have sales aspirations, realize that it's largely a boy's club, and if you're not in it, you may end up an afterthought. Get ready to be thrown under the bus for things that had nothing to do with you. Raises are negligible.
