      While Breakthtu is trying to be more diverse and inclusive, like most all companies they have some work to do

      Pros

      Weekly pay!!! I feel I shlould make more hourly based on my experience, but the weekly pay makes me overlook that. There is a lot of paid time off from day one which is great. My team and manager are super supportive.

      Cons

      excel spreadsheets ... but it wont kill u
