Company motto is being the distributor of choice, buy having the the best people in place. Not necessarily the case. Many good people no longer with company

Overall it’s not a bad place to work

Pros

The pay is good, benefits are outstanding. As a driver they leave you alone to do your work. Cheap liquor and wine.

Cons

Company doesn’t have an emphasis on customer service, mind you I’m on the ground with customers. When you finish your deliveries you may have to go help someone else. No room for advancement as a driver.
