      A lot of educational classes are offered to associates to gain industry knowledge.

      Cons

      If you did not come from Wirtz Beverage you are treated like a second class citizen. Anyone working under the Legacy Charmer umbrella should watch out.

      Flexible job by not being in an office all day. Meet lots of interesting people. Selling exciting products

      BOYS CLUB!!!!! This company partakes in regular illegal activities to gain business. For example, they would make us sell in products and tell the customer we would by them back to increase distribution. If you are great at kissing butt this is a good place to do that. All management has major egos and think they are gods, because the sell liquor. There is no training and different rules apply to different people
