      Pros

      Flexible schedule, lots of free booze.

      Cons

      Poor compensation as it pertains to workload. No reimbursement for ANYTHING (gas, parking, supplies, etc). Unreasonable goals make it very difficult to make bonuses.

      Pros

      Fun environment, flexibility, young team, willingness to teach and help sales reps, great first sales job. Provided incentive trips!

      Cons

      Pay. Hands down, without a doubt the only reason I and others left the company. High maintenance territories were considered the 'better' territories cause of higher commission, so VERY low base salary was given and the commission wasn't there, no matter how hard you worked for your customers.
