      Great company to earn good money, but not very much incentive to move up the ladder

      Pros

      Great brands to represent. Training and education is top notch. Compensation is very good. Compared to similar companies. Benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Not very much incentive to move up the ladder into management. Most management positions make far less sales representatives make in the market.

      Pros

      Fun environment, flexibility, young team, willingness to teach and help sales reps, great first sales job. Provided incentive trips!

      Cons

      Pay. Hands down, without a doubt the only reason I and others left the company. High maintenance territories were considered the 'better' territories cause of higher commission, so VERY low base salary was given and the commission wasn't there, no matter how hard you worked for your customers.
