      Pros

      The culture is wonderful, benefits are excellent and overall it's just an amazing company to work for! Also very big on philanthropy and giving back to the community, which makes this company even better.

      Cons

      I would say the only con is the IT. Corporate seems to struggle a bit in this area which can be frustrating, but this is one small flaw in the scheme of things, the positives definitely outweigh any negatives!

      Pros

      Genuinely friendly, collaborative culture; a lot of effort goes into making sure that employees are informed and knowledgeable about the company and the brands they represent. Promoting from within and employee referrals strongly encouraged. They're a leader in their industry, strong market presence across the US. Nice perks like discounts on and spirits. Good systems in place; forward-thinking company.

      Cons

      Location not easily accessible by public transportation. Average compensation and benefits. A lot of changes going on due to recent merger.

      - Great company culture (may vary depending on which division you work for) - High level of autonomy - Decent base pay, good opportunities for incentives, bonuses, trips, etc - Opportunities for advancement if you work hard and stand out - All about developing their people

      Cons

      - HR could be difficult to deal with at times - Not a lot of transparency about how bonuses are calculated for management - High pressure environment, but that's any sales job
