Pros
Successful and fulfilling industry with perks that come as long as you stay with the company long term. The hours are good but sometimes you get stuck in figuring out what to do in your daily routine.
Cons
Career path gets put on hold unless you dedicate your whole life to their company. Hard to move up when there's no where to go because of the whole ladder situation.
