Upper management are clueless and equally ruthless. They are getting rid of anyone who voted for the union

Manager don't do his job, hard workers have to pick up lazy workers slack. BBG talks all this and that about family. In reality those in the warehouse have to work like we have no family. Around holidays they make it where we have to work a day we normally dont and mess up any chance of us to travel to see family on holidays that do not live close enough to see in 1 day. Mandatory overtime and extra days. Have not got to enjoys a 4th of July weekend, LABOR day weekend, memorial weekend. In years always have to work extra days for that. Many of the night warehouse workers that actually work are very wore out and tired. If you are not in the front office St.louis location never gets recognized. Our morale is so low because we feel so under appreciated. We feel like little minion robots. Few of us want to do good at our jobs but the good workers are way over worked.
