      Pros

      Good company. Same issues arise every other year. They fix problems and the issues are back again the next year at the expense of employee mental health. Otherwise it’s an good place to work if you are get around and ignore the corporate mess that always happen.

      I enjoyed my experience at BBC; the company is growing and continues innovating, the people are very nice and supportive, managers are approachable.

      Cons

      Some processes need to be put in place to stay away from so much manual work.
