If you aren’t cool with upper management you will be constantly micromanaged. There’s reps who don’t show up to accounts on a Friday to put orders up, meanwhile upper management turns their head and doesn’t care. HR isn’t your friend. There’s a huge drug problem within the company (and I’m assuming that’s why reps who don’t do anything get away with it)
