      work at you're own pace

      you're expendable - be ready to switch drive around the city at any given moment complaints are all the same - you're the middle-man, so complains come a dime a dozen work is not rewarding - you can clean the clutter, doesn't mean the next person will you're "appreciated." there have been a handful of people who truly showed their appreciation. everyone else cares at their own convenience. management is a temporary pit stops til the next move occurs for them - this place thrives on the you scratch my back, I scratch yours mentality. so truly, be ready to get passed around for their benefit.
