      Decent company but stressful job and market

      Pros

      Flexibility to run my territory as needed. Good benefits, but pay structure could be better.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and transparency - often feel like a pawn on a chessboard. This is a tough industry currently and still challenging to be a female in this culture.
