      Pay, Pay, Pay. Micro-managing and stress is more and more common here. Extremely high expectations.

      Very few at this point.

      Cons

      Removing benefits. Pushing people to the limit. Senior Management that does not care about its people. Keep loosing great people with ridiculous expectations and low compensation.
