Pros

M-F work week, vehicle allowance, industry certification available. Able to run route/territory as you see fit.

Cons

Too many "account managers" disconnected from whats happening in respective accounts. Vehicle Allowance doesn't cover monthly gas/ insurance(required to have high level of vehicle insurance), forget Vehicle maintenance and upkeep. No company phone, no phone Allowance, accounts are given personal # and can be expected to download work related apps.

Good pay….poor morale.

Pros

Good pay. Union helps with issues occasionally. Free alcohol occasionally. Usually a 4 night work week.

Cons

Unsafe work environment. You have to use your one week of vacation all at once instead of being able to take a day here and there. Poor management they don’t follow their own rules when it benefits them. No safety or Hr on site. They give the run around when you ask questions. Favoritism is extreme high. Payroll gets screwed up. You personal life will suffer. If you work hard others will work less so you do more work.

Not a great place for African Americans to succeed

-paid lunches and dinners -lots of wine dinners -create relationships with business owners in the bar and restaurants industry -Pays very well but it’s at cost of your mental health

Cons

Where do I even start… it’s pretty much a place that you have to figure out on your own, your constantly driving all over the city and even up rural areas ( Gas reimbursement is not given) Your constantly being told your doing enough even if you hit most of your goals to sale. From the headline I really felt alone and wasn’t really properly supported in the company. They will have you go up to the warehouse every Friday to deliver tons of cases in your own car to deliver to your accounts which is ridiculous! It’s not in our job description but if we don’t do it your job is in jeopardy ridiculous -No work life balance at all -very stressful -took a huge mental toll
