      Good benefits, hybrid schedule, flexibility

      Cons

      Very insulated. Have seen many people promoted based off of friendships instead of value and skill. Great atmosphere if you are a male, but challenging to get recognition for females. Also, not competitive in salary.

      - Great people that you work with - Some great products

      Cons

      - unachievable sales goals - Slave to Gallo (so you're being pushed to sling barefoot bubbly and other low quality producers, their Lux wines are gross) - No systems in place and don't have any support from management - Everyone is new / Area Sales Managers are all jumping ship
