Flexible hours sometimes, out of a desk environment as a sales rep. Interesting industry to learn about. Not much else to say here

Cons

- driving non stop - sometimes working 4am to 7pm - not very professional, people willing to step on whoever to get where they want to go - bias managers, who like to play games - gettin POS is so unorganized and doesn’t make much sense why it can’t be delivered to accounts

During peak season the overtime is great and basically unlimited.

Cons

The people that run the night shift are just not knowledgeable about what tasks are priorities over others. They care more about you sweeping the floor at the end of the night than completing work to get you out of the door. Adjust to 12-15 hour workdays because the system breaks down so ofter. (Another big issue)
