Pros

Some knowledgeable techs help educate me.

Cons

Very little training from front side of service counter, constantly putting out customers fires (welcome to the RV world), seasonal so you won’t get paid what you are told in the interview. Very cliquish place to work. Encouraged by top level management to have Facebook friends do positive reviews then as an employee I’d be compensated accordingly (red flag!!) Service Manager is a very nice guy that anyone can get along with but is way too busy and overloaded to make sure things are running smoothly with new employees. If you enjoy being a problem solver and thrive on new challenges especially RV’s this is the job for you. Highly recommend that you know this first before taking this job on. Don’t think of it as a sales job, it’s customer service galore. The sales mostly come from parts associates and the RV sales reps themselves....you do get compensated for the service work that’s under your name though. The customers stay with the service advisor so as a new advisor it will take a while to build up your customer base. Insurance is overly ridiculous on the monthly premium....however if you have young children the onsite daycare is a life saver. I wouldn’t recommend this but to each their own. At least you had a chance to read this before you get the job.

Pros

-They do attempt to treat you like family -There are great advancement opportunities -There are great earning opportunities -Great with accommodations in schedule, especially in the slower seasons -Discounts are nice, as is being able to borrow units -Fun, exciting, work environment -Fast-paced Overall, I think this is a great company. Co-workers are great, hands-on, and very team oriented. If you're the type of person that enjoys hard work, a bit of a challenge, and likes the idea of contributing to a growing enterprise, this is the place to be. If you need something that is very defined and routine, this might not be the company for you since they are going through growing pains

Cons

-While they attempt to treat you like family, it does seem that you can get targeted by management if there is a personality clash -There are great advancement opportunities but sometimes it appears it is more about politics than actual merit -Not very flexible during the summer, but this is expected since that is the busy season. They do make this very clear in the beginning. -Dental and vision insurance would be a welcome benefit These are issues that you find with most companies, I do not think they outweigh the benefits of working for Bretz.
