      An incredibly kind, welcoming environment. I've never worked at such a nontoxic company, it's hard to find bar jobs where you won't have to experience some kind of harassment/rude co-workers/mistreatment (especially as a young woman), but I've never felt that at Brewdog. Quite the opposite, in fact. I worked at the company for a year and it was my best work experience to date. Good pay, amazing colleagues, respectful environment - nice staff food! The one single reason why I left is because Covid-19 made it hard for everyone to get hours, but even with my new job I'll definitely cover a shift if they ever need it. Seriously, great place!

      Cons

      A little confusing with all the "levels" of management, but it's a franchise so that's to be expected.
