Good place to work

Pros

Good salary, way higher than we usually find for kitchen jobs, a lot of benefits and real training for personnel.

Cons

Too much management than necessary, at least in the branch where I work, sometimes it can cause some confusion between the employees. Too little space in the kitchen, and a lot of delay on things like buying new equipment, repair what`s broken etc.
