You get to work with awesome like minded people. Always a challenge but worth every minute. Fast paced, so keeps us all engaged. Great perks. Opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Every day is varied and you are learning all the time.

Cons

Because the company is so fast paced this can bring it own issues, its not a con but its also not for everyone!
