Cons

Completely disorganized from the top. Would cut staff then complain that staff was overworked. Scheduling always a mess.

Pros

Super dog friendly (let you bring your dog to work), great craft beer, welcoming staff.

Cons

They will turn and burn you, lack of top-down communication, changes are made so impulsively and lack of communication makes transitions difficult. Company sort of deceives you with projecting a “punk” mentality, but it’s as corporate as any other company sadly.
