The purpose and goals of this organization are beautiful and it is an honor to watch the patients grow and heal from the treatment here. Training is fantastic, you will develop a lot of skills in this work environment.
Cons
Management picks favorites, isn’t open to new ideas, won’t acknowledge the high turnover due to burnout and will ask more and more of you without giving anything in return. Little to no opportunity to develop or grow and if you ask you’ll be treated differently (negatively).
