Work life balance. Can learn new technologies. Good payscale. Nice top level management in Pune. Working from last 4 years.

Cons

They should seriously consider WFH option on permanent basis, it's need of the hour. Or they may be left behind, compared to TCS, Infosys, IBN , Atos and many more.
